White Mac Attach

  • ½ Cup Butter
  • ½ Flour
  • 3 Cups of Heavy Cream
  • 1 ½ Cups of Whole Milk
  • 1 Lbs. of Macaroni Noodles
  • 3 Cup of Grated White Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 Cup of Grated Monterey Cheese
  • ½ Cup of Parmesan Cheese
  • ½ Cup of Cream Cheese
  • 1 Tsp. Pepper
  • 1 Tsp. Salt
  • 1 Jalapeno
  • 4 Strip Smoke Applewood Bacon


  1. In a large pot fill with water and add 2 tbsp salt and bring to boil.
  2. Add Macaroni Noodles cook to direction when done rinse noodles and set aside.
  3. Turn the stove to medium heat.
  4. In a large pan melt down the butter and add the flour to make a smooth rough.
  5. Add the heavy cream, milk and cream cheese.  Mix until you have a nice thick mixture.
  6. Add 3 Cup of  White Cheddar, 1 Cup of Montery Cheese and the Parmesan Cheese mix until melted.
  7. Add the pepper, salt and Macaroni noodles and combine well. Turn off the heat.
  8. In a small frying pan cook the bacon and when almost done add a diced Jalepeno.
  9. Remove the Bacon and cut up into small pieces.  Remove the Jalepeno and set aside in a bowl.
  10. Plate the Mac and Cheese and top with some Cooked Bacon and Jalepeno.
  11. Serve.
