Homemade By: Siam Rimmer


  • 1 Box of Fettuccine Noodles
  • 1 Cup of Peeled Defined Shrimp
  • ½ Cup minced White Onion
  • 2 Cups of Fresh Spinach
  • 1 Large Beef Tomato Diced
  • 2 Cloves of minced Garlic
  • ½ Cup Butter
  • 6 oz Cream Cheese
  • 1 Cup Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 Pint of Heavy Cream
  • ¼ tsp. Salt
  • ¼ tsp Pepper
  • ½ tsp Parsley


  1. In a large pot of water add a pinch of salt and bring to boil
  2. Add the Noodle when water is boiling and cook for 10 minutes.
  3. Drain off the water and set aside.
  4. Clean and prep the Shrimp.  Remove Shell and make sure the Shrimp are deveined.
  5. Place Shrimp in a bowl and set aside.
  6. In a large nonstick frying pan add the butter, diced garlic, onion and Shrimp cook until Shrimp is pink on both sides.
  7. Add the Heavy Cream, Cream Cheese and stir until combined and melted.
  8. Add the Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper and stir until you have a thick sauce.
  9. Add the Spinach and diced tomatoes cook for 5 minutes.
  10. Toss in the cooked pasta until coated
  11. Plate and sprinkle with Parsley & top with a little more parmesan cheese.
  12. Serve.
