Warm Corn Bread is a perfect side to add to any plate during supper. This sweet bread tops the dinner plate with the taste of sweet corn and butter.

- 1 ear of sweet corn on cob
- 2 ½ cups of corn meal
- 1 eggs
- 1 cup water
- Warm Oven to 350 degrees. Use a 12 cup cake pan or 9 x 9 square pan. Make sure to spray pam or use cup cake wrappers for muffins.
- Cut the corn off the cobb and add to the above ingredients until mixture is smooth. Add a spoon to each muffin paper about ¼ from top. Or add to the square pan.
- Cook for 20 min or until a clean tooth pick. Remove and smooth butter on top of muffins or bread in pan.
