This easy Tuna Appetizer is delicious when you want something light to eat.

- 1 Baguette Loaf of Bread
- 2 Cans of White Albacore Tuna in Water
- ¼ Cup Mayo
- 2 Slices of American Cheese
- 2 Sweet Pickles
- Cut Loaf of Bread ½” thick on an angel. Butter one side and toast butter side down on a grill pan. Remove from pan a plate. Open the cans of tuna and drain all the water. Place in a bowl and break up the tuna with a fork. Season with a pinch of pepper and add the mayo. Mix together.
- Take the cheese and cut into 4 squares. Please a square in the middle of toast bread, then top with a tablespoon of tuna. Then cut a piece of sweet picket and top. Serve on plate.
