Ma's Goulash

This great pasta dish is a favorite and pastime dish from Ma.

Ingredients

  • 1 lbs. of Hamburger
  • 1 Diced Medium White Onion
  • 1 Garlic Glove
  • 1 tsp. Pepper
  • 1 tsp. Salt
  • 1 Can Tomatoes Paste
  • 1 Large Can of Tomatoes Sauce
  • 5 Dice Tomatoes
  • 2 Tbsp. Sugar
  • 1 Box of Sea Shell Noodles
  • 2 Cups of Colby Cheese

Directions

  1. Prepare Noodles by taking a large pot add water and a pinch of salt bring to boil.  When you have a good boil add the sea shell noodles.  Cook until done 10 – 15 minutes.
  2. To prepare the sauce you will need a large pot. Add Hamburger, diced onion, diced garlic, salt and pepper.  Brown and cook. When meat is cooked drain all fat and return meat mixture to pot. Add the tomatoes, tomato sauce, tomatoes paste and sugar. Mix together with meat mixture.  Add 1 Cup of water and bring to boil turn down to medium heat and cooked for 30 mins.  Take the cooked noodles and add to the meat sauce and mix well. Add the shredded cheese and mix.  Serve!
