This is the best Quesadilla and is it easy to make.

- 1 Flour Tortilla
- 2 Tbsp. Soft Butter
- ½ Cup of Shredded Colby Cheese
- ¼ Cup of Shredded Monterey Jack Cheese
- Take a tortilla and spread the soft butter on one side. Place the butter side down on a frying pan and start to warm up. Add the cheese on ½ side of the Tortilla. Fold the Tortillas in half and brown on both sides. Use a pizza cutter and cut into triangles. Serve.
