Roasted Crock Pot Chicken

Don’t over all day in the kitchen this easy put together dinner dish gives you time to relax until its time for dinner / supper.

  • 1 whole chicken
  • 2 Tlbs Olive Olive
  • 2 to 4 shakes of Mrs. Dash
  • Sprinkle of Salt
  • Sprinkle of Pepper
  • 1 Lemon
  • ¼ cup of Water


1. Turn on Crock Pot to Low setting.  Rinse off the whole chicken under cold water and remove all insides.  Pat down dry. Add the whole chicken to the crock pot.  Sprinkle the oil, salt, pepper and Mrs. Dash to the chicken.  Add the water along side the chicken.  The water is to make sure it stays moist in pot. Add the lid and forget about the chicken until 4 to 6 hours later.  Cut the Lemon in half and squeeze the lemon on the chicken.  Remove when cook by the leg or wing falling off.  Let sit or strain and this fall apart dish melts in our mouth.
