Fresh Grilled Peaches are a hit for a hot summer day, sweet and perfect with a grilled pork chop.

- 4 Medium Pork Chops
- Salt & Pepper
- 4 Ripe Peaches
- ¼ Cup Butter
- 2 Tbs. Brown Sugar
- Rinse off pork chops and season both sides with salt and pepper. Cut all peaches in ½ and remove the seed. Place Pork Chops and Peaches on a Grill. Cook Pork Chops until golden brown.
- For the Peaches Grill until they are beginning to show grill marks or begin to feel soft. Remove them from the Grill. Once the Pork Chops are cooked remove and rest. Slice the Pork Chop into strips.
- In a small sauce pan add butter, brown sugar and 2 cut up peaches. Make sure to remove the outer skin of the peaches and cook down until you have a nice sauce.
- Cut up the other peaches into nice slice place on plate, top with grill pork chop and add your peach sauce on the top. Serve and Enjoy.
