- 10 Slice Roast Beef
- French Rolls
- 2 Tbsp. Butter Softened
- Swiss Cheese
- 1 Can of Ortega Whole Green Chili
- 3 Cups of Beef Broth
- Place the Beef Broth in a Medium Pot and bring to heat. Add the Slice Roast Beef and the Green Chili – drain off the juices from can before adding. Bring to boil and turn over the beef to make sure all is covered with juices.
- Cut the French Roll in half and spread each half with Butter. Place the bread in a frying pan and brown on each side. Remove and add the Swiss Cheese to bottom half and add 2 pieces of the Green Chili from the Pot on top of the cheese. Then add the Slice Roast Beef to the sandwich. Cut in half and plate. You can add the extra beef broth for a dip.
