The best lean, mean Buffalo Burger is an easy dinner idea

  • 4 Buffalo Patties
  • 4 Slice of Swiss Cheese
  • Salt & Pepper to Taste
  • 4 Buns Toasted
  • Lettuce
  • Tomatoes
  • Mayo


  1. Season both sides of each Buffalo Patty with Salt and Pepper. Grill over hot coals do not smash patty.  Flip over and cook on the other side once meat is removable from grill and add a slice of cheese.
  2. Grill a bun on both sides and top with Mayo, lettuce, tomatoes.  Add the Buffalo Pattie to the Bun and serve.
