- 4 Medium Red Potatoes (Spuds)
- 1 Cup of Chopped Cooked Corn Beef
- Salt & Pepper
- 2 Tbsp. Canola Oil
- Peel Spuds and dice into small squares. Rinse off with cold water. In a medium Frying pan add Canola Oil and turn heat to medium. Add diced spuds. Cook until tender and golden brown.
- Add the sliced corn beef, salt and pepper. Cook for 10 mins. In separate pan add a little oil and cook 2 egg over medium. Place on plate and serve with Corn beef hash.
