Dad's BBQ Rabbit
When you are having a BBQ you need to cook up a little Rabbit from time to time.

- 1 Rabbit
- 1 tsp Pepper
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp. Garlic Salt
- 1 tsp Onion Powder
- ¼ Cup Olive Oil
- ¼ Cup Milk
- Pre – Heat oven to 300 degrees. In a bowl add all dry ingredients. Sprinkle over full rabbit and the inside of the rabbit.
- Then in another bowl add oil and milk. Brush the oil / milk mixture over the full rabbit and the chest cavity. Place in a 13 x 9 baking pan and cover with Foil. Cook for 2 hours.
- Check within the first 30 minutes and base. Repeat until cooked tender.
- Remove and place on your BBQ Grill and base with remaining juice from Rabbit Sauce on the full body of the Rabbit for 15min and Remove cut and serve.
