Fluffy Mash

These fluffy super light mash potatoes are perfect to any side dish.

  • 8 Russet Potatoes Peeled
  • 1 tsp. Salt
  • 1 Stick Butter
  • 1 Cup Milk
  • Salt & Pepper to Taste


  1. Peel skin from potatoes cut them in half and then in quarters.  Place in large pot add a 1 tsp salt to cover with water. Cook them on high until fork tender and drain water.
  2. Place them in a mixing bowl and add the butter and salt & pepper.  Warm the milk for 1 ½ min to luck warm add to potatoes and mix.  Change mixing tools to whipping tool this is what makes them fluffy until potatoes are broken down and come to peaks.
