These super delicious Parmesan Cheese Baked Spuds are a perfect side dish.

- 6 Medium Potatoes cut in Half
- 1 Stick Butter Melted
- 1 Cup Parmesan Cheese
- Salt & Pepper to Taste
- ¼ Cup Sour Cream
- Pre – heat over at 400 degrees. In a 13” x 9” Baking Pan pour the melted butter in the bottom. Sprinkle the Parmesan Cheese evenly on the bottom.
- Then place the cut half of the potatoes to the bottom of the pan. Place in the oven and back until fork tender. Remove and rest for 10 minutes. Then use a spatula and flip over the spuds.
- The Cheese should set on the potatoes. Top with Sour Cream and serve.
