Dad’s Acorn Squash

Dad's Acorn Squash

Ingredients

  • 2 Acorn Squash
  • 1 Stick of Butter
  • 8 Tbsp. of Brown Sugar


Directions

  1. Pre-Heat Oven to 350 degrees.  Cut Acorn Squash in half and remove the seeds.  Place on a cookie sheet.  
  2. In each squash half add 2 Tbsp. of Butter, 2 Tbsp. Brown Sugar.  Cover with Tin Foil and place in Oven.  
  3. Bake in Oven for about 1 hour.  Check to make sure its cooked by the squash will easily remove from the skin “Very Soft”.  Remove from the oven plate and serve.
