Cook Noodles and set aside after you drain water. Cut up bacon into small strips and cooked until crispy and remove to a plate.
In a large nonstick frying pan add the butter, diced garlic, onion, and cook until soft. Rinse off the Chicken Breast and cut into small thin strips and cooked with the garlic and onions until done. Remove the chicken from the pan and place to rest on a plate.
Add the Heavy Cream, Cream Cheese and stir until combined and melted. Add the Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper and stir until you have a thick sauce. Add the broccoli and cook for 2 minutes. Toss in the cooked pasta until coated and add cooked chicken. Toss together to cover complete and plate.
Add piececs of the apple wood cooked bacon and sprinkle with Parsley & top with a little more parmesan cheese. Serve.
