Cilantro Lime Rice

Ingredients

  • 2 Cups of Water
  • 1 Cup White Rice
  • 3 Tbsp. MInced Up Fresh Cilantro
  • 1 Lime Juiced


Directions

  1. Bring water to boil and add rice.  Turn down to low and cook until water is almost absorbed. Turn off the heat and let rest.  
  2. Remove stem from Cilantro leaves and minced in small pieces.  Place Cilantro in the pot with Rice and Juice the Lime and mix all together. Serve.
