Cinnamon Chips

Ingredients

 

  • 6 Flour Tortillas
  • ½ Cup Sugar
  • 4 Tbsp. Cinnamon
  • 1 Cup Canola Oil

 


Directions

  1. Place sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl and mix set aside.   Grab a plate and place a paper towel on the top.  Take your Tortilla and cut your favorite shapes with a cookie cutter.  
  2. Place the cup of oil in a medium size frying pan and heat over stove.  Test the oil by sprinkling a flicker of water when you get the bubbles effect its ready.  Place each cut out tortilla in the hot oil and cook each side buy seeing the tortilla float & flip.  
  3. Remove directly into the cinnamon and sugar mixture.  Sprinkle both sides and then place on the paper towel to cool.  When cool serve and enjoy.
