Spider Eggs

Ingredients

  • 6 Eggs

 

  • 6 Black Olives
  • 4 Tbs. Mayo
  • 1 Tbs. Mustard
  • Pinch of Salt
  • Pinch of Pepper

 

Directions

  1. Add eggs to a pot of water and bring to boil for 10 Minutes. Run the Cooked eggs over cold water and remove the shells. Cut eggs in half and remove the cooked yolk and place in a bowl.
  2. When all the yokes are in the bowl add the mayo, mustard, salt pepper until you have smooth and combined mixture.  Fill all the Egg whites with the yolk mixture.  
  3. Then take a Black Olive and cut it in half length wise.  Take one have and place center of the yolk mixture.  Take the other half and cut slices to make 6 legs. Place along the half and create a spider look. Chill and Serve.
