This was the best Oatmeal Raisin Cookie I ever had, Thanks Mom.

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup of Flour
  • ½ Tsp. Cinnamon
  • ½ Tsp. Baking Soda
  • ¼ Tsp. Salt
  • ½ Cup Butter Room Temp.
  • ½ Cup Brown Sugar
  • ¼ Cup Sugar
  • 1 Large Egg
  • 1 Tsp. Vanilla
  • 1 ½ Cup Oatmeal
  • 1 Cup of Raisins

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper or spray with non-stick spray.
  2. In a medium bowl add your butter, eggs, sugars, vanilla and cream together. Add your dry ingredients and combine well. Then add your oatmeal and raisins.  Mix for 5 minutes or until well combined.
  3. Take your ¼ Cup Measure and make round balls place on your cookie sheet. Bake for 10 -12 Minutes.
  4. Cool on Cookie Sheet for a couple of minutes before removing on wire cookie rack to finishing cooling. Serve and Enjoy.
