
Rattlesnake Bites
These are so hot, you want more and more and more.

Ingredients
- 2 Habanero Peppers
- 1 Jalapeno Pepper
- 2 – 8oz of Pepper Jack Cheese – Grated
- ½ Cup of Flour
- ½ Cup of Corn Flakes Crumbs
- 1 Eggs
- 1 Cup of Milk
- ½ Tsp of Pepper
- Oil
Instructions:
Remove the Seeds from the habanero chilies and Jalapeno pepper and chop in a Chopper until you have tiny pieces. Place in a bowl with the Pepper Jack Grated Cheese. Combine. * Place on some food gloves so your hands do not burn. * Take about 2 Tables of the mixture and make 2” Balls. Place in a container until you have made several balls and used all the mixture. Place in a freezer for about 1 hour. In a small shallow dish mix your eggs, milk and pepper. In another shallow bowl add the flour and pepper and mix together. In another shallow bowl pour your corn flakes. Take a large deep fryer and add oil and bring to 400 degrees. Remove the frozen cheese balls and take one at a time and coat with the flour mixture to the egg mixture then to the cornflakes mixture. Cover and place on a plate until all the cheese balls are done. Take about 3 to 4 cheese balls and add to the deep fryer and cook for 3 to 4 minutes. Remove to a paper towel and chill before plating and serve with your favorite dipping sauces.
