The perfect cookie decorating frosting.

Add Powder Sugar to a mixing bowl and then add the milk, corn syrup and vanilla extract and whip until smooth. Add more corn syrup if the icing is too thick to use, but be sure to not make it too runny or it will run right off the cookies. It needs to be thick to begin with if you are doing an outline around your cookies.
Separate the icing into small bowls and add the food coloring and mix. Pour into a zip lock baggy and cut a tiny hole in the corner of the bag to line the cookies. Add a tiny bit of corn syrup to the frosting and mix well if you want it to stay think. Decorate with different shapes and colors. Let the cookies dry over night to set the frosting.
