Wonton Jalapeño Poppers

These are perfect and delicious.

Ingredients:

  • 12 Wonton Wrappers
  • 1 Pack of Cream Cheese
  • ½ Cup of Sour Cream
  • 4 Slice of Cooked Bacon
  • ¼ Cup of Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 Fresh Jalapeño Chili

Instructions:

Pre – Heat Oven to 375 degrees. Spray a muffin pan with non-stick spray.  Add your Won-ton Wrapper and place muffin pan in oven for 8 mins to cook Won-tons.  Remove and set aside. Cut up your 2 slices of Bacon and cook them in a frying pan until extra crispy.  Remove to a plate to cool.  Slice up the Jalapeno and dice into small pieces.  In a small bowl add your cream cheese, sour cream, bacon and ½ of the Jalapeno diced Chili and cream together.  Add your won ton wrappers to each locations of the muffin pan.  Spoon in a tablespoon of the cream cheese mixture into the won-tons.  Sprinkle each won-ton with some cheddar cheese, bacon and the rest of the jalapeno chili. Bake in the oven for 9 Mins. Remove and Serve.
