Perfect way to use the leftover Turkey.

In a large pot bring to boil your Egg Noodles and when cooked drain and set aside. In a large soup pot add the sliced up leftover turkey meat, carrots, corn, celery, onion and chicken broth. Bring to a boil for 30 minutes and add your pepper and salt. Check to see if the carrots are fork tender. Once the carrots are cooked you can add the cooked egg noodles to the soup. Cook for another 15 Minutes then serve and enjoy.
