Healthy way to cook Broccoli, Cauliflower and Carrots all together.

Rinse your Veggies clean with water. Cut down the heads of Broccoli and Cauliflower. Peel down the carrot and cut off the ends. Then cut into ¼” Slices. Add all the Veggies to a Medium Pot with a Steam rest at the bottom. Add your Water. Place on high heat with a Lid Covered for about 10 Minutes. Remove from Steamer an Serve on Plate.
