Warm Corn Bread any time.

  • 1 Fresh Corn on the Cob
  • 1 Cups of Corn Meal
  • 1 Cup of Flour
  • 2/3 Cup of Sugar
  • 1 Tsp. Salt
  • 3 ½ Tsp. Baking Powder
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 Cup Milk
  • 1/3 Cup Canola Oil
  • Non – Stick Spray


Warm Oven to 350 degrees.  Spray the Non – Stick Stray on a Medium Iron Frying Pan.  Next cut the corn off the cobb and add to the above ingredients in a mixing bowl and beat well.  Pour into the Iron Frying Pan.  Bake for 20 min or when testing place the end of a knife in the middle and it comes out clean.  Remove and smooth butter on top of the Corn Bread cut to serve.
