This is the perfect way to enjoy strawberry cupcakes.

• 1 Box of Strawberry Cake Mix
• 1 Cup of Strawberries sliced in half
• 4 Cups Powder Sugar
• 1 Tsp. Milk
• 1 Tsp. Vanilla
• 1 Cup of Butter Room Temp.
• ½ Cup of Strawberries
• 2 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
Pre – Heat oven to 350 degrees. Mix the cake mix to directions on back of Box. Line a Muffin Pan with Cupcake Liners. Pour the strawberry cake mix into the muffin liners and place the muffin pan in the oven. Bake to directions. Remove and set to cool.
In a small pot add the lemon juice and chopped up strawberries then bring to boil for 20 minutes. Make sure to stir until strawberries break down. Remove from heat until cool.
Mix in a large bowl the Powder Sugar, butter and cream together. Add the milk, vanilla and strawberry puree. Beat until you have a smooth mixture. Frost onto each cupcake and top with a half of a strawberry.
