This healthy side dish is easy and will have the kids screaming for more.
Homemade By: Siam Rimmer
• 1 ¾ Cups of Water
• 1 cup White Rice
• ¼ Cup Dice White Onion
• 1 Tbsp. Oil
• 1 Small Can of Cream of Chicken Soup
• 1 Cup of Fresh Broccoli
In a large skillet add 1 Tbsp. of Oil, the Rice and Onion. Slightly brown the rice and onion. When the rice and onion are slightly brown add the water. Bring to a boil and add the broccoli then cover with lid and turn down too low for 20. Then remove the lid and add the cream of chicken soup and stir. Cover for another 10 minutes. Then turn off heat and rest for 15 minutes. The rice should be soft and creamy.
