Chocolate Pancakes

These are the best Chocolate Pancakes

• 1 1/2 Cups Flour
• 3 1/2 Tsps. Baking Powder
• 1 Tsps. Salt
• 1 Tbs. Sugar
• 1 Eggs
• 3 Tbs. Melted Butter
• 1 1/4 Cup Milk
• 1 Tsps. Vanilla
• ¼ Cup Mini Chocolate Chips

For the Top
• Whip Cream
• Chocolate Syrup
• Mini Chocolate Chips

In a mixing bowl add all ingredients and combine well. When you have created a batter that is smooth * if too thick add more milk*. Warm up a flat skillet and add a little oil, spoon a little bit of the batter to make a small pancake. Wait for the bubbles before you flip over. Cook on both sides until golden brown. When done remove from pan serve on plate. Add your Whip Cream on top, than a pancake, more cream, than another pancake more whip cream, sprinkle with Mini Chocolate Chips and Drizzle with Chocolate Syrup.
