The Perfect way to serve Red Snapper

• 1 Fresh Red Snapper
• 10 Tbsp. Butter
• 3 Garlic Cloves Crushed
• Dash of Pepper
• Dash of Salt
• 1 Lemon

Clean the fresh Red Snapper. Sprinkle salt and pepper on the inside and outside of the fish. Score the Fish 5 Slices on each side with a knife. Add 1 Slice of Butter into the slices on the Fish then set aside. Cut your Lemon half safe on half for the juice and the other slice into thin circles and then half. Crush the fresh garlic and mince. In a large Iron Skillet add 5 Tbsp. of Butter and Crushed Garlic. Then add the Fish Butter side on the Top. Cook for 5 Minutes and Spoon the melted butter and garlic on the top of the fish and the inside. Flip the fish and continue to spoon the melted garlic and butter on the top. Be careful as the butter does splash. Cook for another 5 min. Squeeze some of the Lemon Juice on the Top of the Fish. Both sides should be cooked. Cover with a Lid and turn off the heat and rest for 5 Min. Serve with the slice Lemon on the Fish. Serve and Enjoy.
