Easy Veggie Omelet Healthy Breakfast Meal.

• 4 Eggs
• 2 Tbsp. Butter
• 2 Tbsp. Milk
• Pinch of Salt
• Pinch of Pepper
• ½ Cup of Grated Colby Cheese.
• 2 Tomatoes – 1 Chopped Down, the other cut in half.
• Chives – Chopped Down
Start by cutting up the Zucchini into small squares. Add 1 Tbsp. to a small skillet then add the zucchini and cook down and then set aside. In a small bowl crack the eggs, milk, salt and pepper and beat well. In another nonstick frying pan add 1 Tbsp. Butter and melt down pour the egg mixture and stir quickly let the eggs cook on medium heat. Add some of the chopped chives, and tomatoes. Place a lid for 4 minutes then remove and add your slice Avocado, and the grated Colby Cheese fold the egg half and cook for another 2 minutes’ and place on a plate. Add the Cooked Zucchini. In the small pan the Zucchini was cooked split 1 tomato in half and grill for 3 minute and serve on place. Top Omelet with some Chives and Colby Cheese.
