The Best way to cook Meatloaf

Ingredients

  • 3lbs of Lean Ground Beef
  • 1 Tsp. Pepper
  • 1 Tsp. Salt
  • 1 Tsp. Garlic Powder
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 Tbsp. Worchester Sauce
  • 1 Small Package of Stuffing
  • 1 Small White Onion Chopped
  • 1 Small Bell Pepper Chopped
  • ½ Cup of Ketchup
  • ¼ Cup of Brown Sugar

 Instructions:

  1. Pre – Heat oven at 375 Degrees
  2. In a large Bowl add the Ground Beef, Pepper, Salt, Garlic Salt, Worchester Sauce, Package of Stuffing, Onions, Bell Peppers and eggs.
  3. Mix together and place in a Casserole Dish and Shape into a Long Oval Loaf.
  4. In a small bowl mix together, the ketchup and Brown Sugar.
  5. Press down the middle a little dent like a boat and pour the Mixture on top of the meat the full length.
  6. Place in the Oven and Cook for 60 Minutes.
  7. Remove to Cool and Slice
