For those Hot Summer Dishes this is perfect.

Homemade By: Siam Rimmer


  • 1 Bag of Spinach Leaves
  • 1 Ripe Apple Pear
  • ¼ Cup of Dried Cranberries
  • 2 Tbsp. Pomegranate Vinaigrette Dressing
  • ¼ Cup Pecans


  1. Rinse off the Spinach leaves under cold water then add to a plate.
  2. Cut the Apple Pear in half then remove the core. Cut into slices and add about 6 slices on top of spinach.
  3. Sprinkle some cranberries, pecans to your liking to the Salad.
  4. Drizzle the top with the Pomegranate Dressing.
  5. Enjoy!
