Homemade By: Siam Rimmer
- 1 Bag of Spinach Leaves
- 1 Ripe Apple Pear
- ¼ Cup of Dried Cranberries
- 2 Tbsp. Pomegranate Vinaigrette Dressing
- ¼ Cup Pecans
- Rinse off the Spinach leaves under cold water then add to a plate.
- Cut the Apple Pear in half then remove the core. Cut into slices and add about 6 slices on top of spinach.
- Sprinkle some cranberries, pecans to your liking to the Salad.
- Drizzle the top with the Pomegranate Dressing.
