Homemade Tartar Sauce perfect for any Fish Dish.

- 1 Cup of Mayonnaise
- 1 Dill Pickel
- ¼ Tsp. Pepper
- 1 Tsp. Sugar
- 1 Tsp. Real Lemon Juice
- 1 Tsp. Parsley
- In a medium bowl add the Mayonnaise, pepper, parley, sugar and lemon juice and mix.
- Dice up the Dill Pickle into small pieces and add the mayo mixture and mix well.
- Serve into a small bowl to dip in Fish.
- Refrigerate Rest up to 3 days.
