- 2 Eggs
- 1 Tbsp. Butter
- 1 Tbsp. Water
- Pinch of Salt
- Pinch of Pepper
- Take a Small Non-Stick Frying Pan and add the Butter.
- Turn on Medium High Heat on Stove.
- Crack the Eggs into the pan when the butter is melted.
- Cook until the bottom of the eggs turns white about 2 to 3 minutes
- Add the water and cover with a lid for 2 minutes.
- Remove lid and sprinkle the pepper and salt.
- Plate and Serve.
