Super Tender & Sweet Onions

- 2 Large Walla Walla Sweet Onions
- 2 Tbsp. Olive Oil
- Pinch of Pepper
- Pinch of Salt
- Peel the skin from Onions and then dice into small pieces
- In a large Skilled pre – heat the Olive Oil.
- Add the Onions and cook down on Medium Hi Heat and toss from time to time.
- Sprinkle the Pepper and Salt over the Onions
- Cook for about 15 Minutes or until Tender.
- Serve on Favorite Meats or Sandwich.
