Sweetness to Red Onions

- 1 Large Purple Onion
- 1 Cup of Apple Vinegar
- 2 Cups of Water
- 1 Tbsp. Sugar
- Cut the Purple Onion into Rings then in half.
- Take a container add the water, vinegar and sugar. Set stir 3 minutes to dissolve the sugar.
- Take a Mason Jar add the Red Onions into the Jar then pour the Vinegar mixture over.
- Cover with a Lid and Refrigerate for 1 hour or overnight.
- Serve with any Mexican Dish.
