Quinoa Veggie Rice

Quinoa & Veggies with Rice.

Homemade By: Siam Rimmer

Ingredients:

  • 2 Cups of Water
  • 1 Cup Brown Rice
  • 1 Tbsp. Chicken Bullion
  • ¼ Cup of Frozen Carrots
  • ¼ Cup of Sweet Corn
  • ¼ Cup Soy Beans
  • 1 Tsp. Pepper
  • 1 Tsp. Salt
  • 2 Tsp. Butter
  • 1 Tsp. Parsley 

Instructions: 

  1. In Medium Pan add the Butter, Rice.
  2. Add the Water, Chicken Bullion, Carrots, Corn, Soy Beans.
  3. Place a Lid and Cook for 10 Minutes on Hi and Turn off and rest for another 10 Minutes.
  4. DO NOT REMOVE THE LID DURING THIS TIME
  5. When time is done with Rice remove the Lid and Add the Pepper, Parsley and Salt.
  6. Stir well and then Plate.
