The Perfect Cran Orange Cupcakes

- 1 Box – Yellow Cake
- ½ of the Zest from Orange
- ½ of the Juice from the Orange
- ¼ Cup Fresh Cranberries
- Recipe for Butter Cream on Rimmer’s Red
- ½ of Zest from Orange
- 1 Tbsp. Fresh Orange Juice
– Heat Oven to 350 Degrees
Cake mix to directions.
of Zest of Orange an add to Cake Mix.
½ of Orange and Squeeze the Juice into the Batter and mix well.
a 12 Cupcake Pan with Paper Liners
and fill each cupcake liner and place in the Oven
to Directions on Box.
the Cupcakes are cooked remove from oven and place to cool completely.
the favorite Butter Cream Frosting and add the other ½ of the Zest to the
1 Tbsp of the Fresh Orange Juice to the Frosting and Beat well.
