The Perfect Brownies with White Chips

Ingredients:

  • 1 Cup Melted Butter
  • 2 Cups Sugar
  • 2 tsp. Vanilla Extract
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1 Cup Flour
  • ½ tsp. Baking Powder
  • ¼ tsp. Salt
  • ¾ Cup Hersey’s Cocoa Powder
  • ½ Cup White Chocolate Chips

Instructions:

  1. Pre Heat oven at 350 degrees. 
  2. Grease or line a 13x9x2” cake pan. 
  3. Melt butter and set to cool.
  4. When butter is cool place in large mixing bowl and add sugar and vanilla and mix well. 
  5. Add the eggs 1 at a time until well beaten. 
  6. Add Cocoa, flour, baking powder and salt.  Beat well.
  7. When completely mixed pour into the cake pan. 
  8. Place the White Chips point down into the Batter.
  9. Bake for 30 – 45 min or until the brownies pull away from the sides of pan | or clean knife trick. 
  10. Remove from Oven and set aside to cool.
  11. Add more Chips point Down for that extra sweetness
  12. Cut and Serve.
