Homemade By: Siam Rimmer
Ingredients
- ¾ Cup Flour
- ¼ Cup Cornstarch
- ½ Tsp. Baking Powder
- ¼ Tsp. Baking Soda
- ½ Tsp. Salt
- 1 Cup Milk
- 1 Egg
- 1/3 Cup of Oil
- ¾ Tsp. Vanilla
Cinnamon Mixture
- 1 ½ Tsp. Sugar
- 4 Tbsp. Melted Butter
- 2 Tbsp. Sugar
- 2 Tbsp. Cinnamon

- Whipping Cream
Instructions:
- In a large Bowl add the
flour, cornstarch, baking powder, baking soda, salt, milk, egg, vanilla and
oil.
- Mix well until the flour
is broken down and you have a creamy mixture.
- In a small bowl melt the
butter then add the sugar and cinnamon and mix together.
- Place the Cinnamon
mixture in a sandwich baggy and cut a small piece off a corner
- Make sure the Waffle
Iron is pre – heated. Spray Non-Stick Stray on the Waffle Iron. Top and Bottom
plates.
- Then add the batter to
the size of Waffle Iron you have.
- Take the Cinnamon
Mixture and from the middle start a Circle Pattern on the Batter.
- Close the Waffle Iron
and Cook.
- When waffle is done
remove and place on a plate.
- Add more of the Cinnamon
Mixture and Top with Whipping Cream.
- Enjoy.
