- 1 Box of Lasagna Noodles
- 1 Lbs. Ground Beef
- 1 Glove of Fresh Garlic Minced
- 2 Tbsp. Olive Oil
- 1 Large Can Tomato Sauce
- 1 Medium Onion – Diced into small
- ½ Cup Parmesan Cheese
- 1 Tsp. Salt
- 1 Tsp. Pepper
– Heat Oven to 350 Degrees
a Large Pot bring water to boil and add 1 Tsp. Salt.
water is Boiling the Lasagna Noodles and cook to time on Box.
off the water from noodles and set aside to cool to handle.
a large frying Pan add the Olive Oilm garlic, onion and Ground Beef.
with Salt and Pepper and then stir and cook until done.
the Cooked Ground Beef with a Strainer and return to Frying Pan.
the Tomato Sauce and Stir well.
out a 9 x 9 Casserole pan.
a sleeve of Lasagna Noodle and place on Bread Board.
a spoon of the Meat Mixture and spread the full length of noodle.
roll up the noodle and place in Casserole Pan folded end at the bottom.
until pan is full – 16 Rolls
with a little more Meat Sauce
Sprinkle some Grated Paresan Cheese
in Oven for 15 minutes, then remove to serve.
