Homemade By: Siam Rimmer
- ½ Cup Butter
- ½ Flour
- 3 Cups of Heavy Cream
- 1 ½ Cups of Whole Milk
- 1 Lbs. of Macaroni Noodles
- 3 Cup of Grated White Cheddar Cheese
- 1 Cup of Grated Monterey Cheese
- ½ Cup of Parmesan Cheese
- ½ Cup of Cream Cheese
- 1 Tsp. Pepper
- 1 Tsp. Salt
- 1 Jalapeno
- 4 Strip Smoke Applewood Bacon
a large pot fill with water and add 2 tbsp salt and bring to boil.
Macaroni Noodles cook to direction when done rinse noodles and set aside.
the stove to medium heat.
a large pan melt down the butter and add the flour to make a smooth rough.
the heavy cream, milk and cream cheese.
Mix until you have a nice thick mixture.
3 Cup of White Cheddar, 1 Cup of Montery
Cheese and the Parmesan Cheese mix until melted.
the pepper, salt and Macaroni noodles and combine well. Turn off the heat.
a small frying pan cook the bacon and when almost done add a diced Jalepeno.
the Bacon and cut up into small pieces.
Remove the Jalepeno and set aside in a bowl.
the Mac and Cheese and top with some Cooked Bacon and Jalepeno.
