- 1 Box of Lasagna Noodles
- 1 Lbs. Ground Turkey
- 1 Small Zucchini – Sliced
- 1 Small Yellow Squash – Sliced
- 2 Gloves of Minced Garlic
- 1 Small White Onion – Diced
- 2 Fresh Tomato – Sliced
- 3 Cups of Fresh Spinach
- 1 Cup of White Sliced Mushrooms
- 1 Cup of Non – Fat Cottage Cheese
- 2 Cups of Grated Mozzarella Cheese
- ½ Cup Parmesan Cheese
- 1 Large Jar of Tomatoes Sauce
- 3 Tbsp. Olive Oil
- 1 Tsp. Salt
- 1 Tsp. Pepper
- Fresh Chopped Parsley
– Heat Oven to 375 Degrees
a Large Pot add water and pinch of Salt.
water to boil and add the Lasagna Noodles – Cook, then drain & set aside.
a large Frying Pan add Olive Oil, Ground Turkey, Garlic, Onion, Salt and

Cup of Mozzarella Cheese
the Parmesan Cheese on the Top.
in Oven and Cook for 45 minutes
set aside to cool and rest for 15 minutes
and Serve on Plate.
